All jewelry is final sale. If there is an issue or defect, please contact info@bivaly.com and we will be happy to assist.

We accept returns and exchanges for clothing and baby items within 7 days. Item(s) must not be worn. Item(s) can either be shipped or dropped off at our West Seneca location. If sending an item back, you are responsible for the return shipping fees.
